The teaching team of the MOTIVEM School is a figure that arose at the proposal of the MOTIVEM Academic Council of the University of Valencia to reinforce the MOTIVEM School, as a training activity aimed at its teaching staff. The main objectives of this teaching team are: to strengthen the MOTIVEM School; to set up a group of people with experience in MOTIVEM that will make it possible to design and consolidate an innovative programme; to update the contents and methodologies to improve the quality of the MOTIVEM School.

The functions of this teaching team are:

• To plan, organise, manage and supervise the training given at the MOTIVEM School.
• To verify the fulfilment of the objectives foreseen in each of the training modules and in the School in general.
• To inform the MOTIVEM Academic Council of the evaluation of the actions carried out, formulate proposals for improvement and channel its suggestions.
• Any other activity related to its objectives, entrusted by the MOTIVEM Academic Council.
